So this past weekend Elliot experienced her first solid food - rice cereal...mmmm.... She seemed to get the hang of the spoon in the mouth part, but wasn't so sure about the actual food part. Would you be if you had to eat runny rice cereal?? Anyway, she did great and we have also introduced bananas, which she is still a little apprehensive about as well. Here is a shot taken after her first "meal"

smart move on the bananas. I definitely found that I preferred the mixed grains with fruit combo. I'm sure Harrison appreciated that too. I also love that her paci is right next to her head while she sucks her thumb...guess she is keeping her options open.
