Mark always talks about "The Blizzard of '89" and it makes me laugh. Granted, it was 8-10 inches of snow (from what he says) but the visual image that pops in my head when I hear 'blizzard' and Charleston, SC still don't seem to go together. Regardless, the 2-3 inches that fell this weekend was a fun little surprise in the midst of our pining for warmer, sunnier days. Elliot didn't know what to think, but seemed fine with the white, fluffy groundcover that she woke up to Saturday morning. She was really more interested in yelling to the neighborhood kids across the street - social bug I tell you.
