Summertime Fun

This afternoon/evening we went downtown to enjoy the beautiful weather. Downtown is bustling from Spoleto and tourists and it is fun to get in on the action. We walked around for a few hours enjoying the fountain at waterfront park, the swings on the pier and the people walking the streets. Our little social bug loves a crowd.

It was a fun day and a good way to start the summer...

I can do it myself...

Little Punky is into feeding herself. When we were in Ohio a few weeks ago, we gave her some cereal puffs and there has been no looking back. She doesn't mind the homemade baby food that I have pureed because it still has some texture, but she would still rather have little pieces of whatever she is eating. It can make for a mess, but it also keeps her occupied for quite a long time :)

First Dip...

Well, Elliot had her first dip in the pool this weekend. And, as the bathtub video indicated, she loved it! She even like going under. She would come up surprised, but after a few seconds sweet grin would spread across her face.

It was so much fun and I am sure we will be spending lots of time in the pool during hot Charleston summers.

The Littles

Elliot met some of her family this weekend at a cookout in Ohio. She got to meet her little cousins and she really liked being around kids. Not to mention, they really liked being around her.

Party Girl

So, today we threw a baby shower for Lara, Thad and little baby Vincent in the womb. It was so much fun and so exciting to think that sweet baby V is going to be here before we know it!!!
